WaterIf you have a good source of drinking water in you community, and like the taste--then by all means use it for your wine making. Otherwise, consider boiling your drinking water before using or use spring water. Remember that any 'off tastes' that are present in your water will be present in your wine; so be selective with the water that you use in your wine making. .
